We’re so excited for your pet to rock their new look! Here’s how shipping works at Maya’s Bandanas:

Processing Time:

Each bandana is made with love—please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be handmade, packed, and ready to ship.

Shipping Time:

• Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (because sometimes your pet just can’t wait)

• International Shipping: We currently ship within the U.S. only. Stay tuned!

Shipping Costs:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method.

Tracking:

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number sent straight to your inbox so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep (or your pet’s paws).

Lost or Delayed Packages:

Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the carrier. If your package is taking longer than expected or seems lost, please reach out to us—we’ll do our best to help!
