Welcome to Maya’s Bandanas! By placing an order on our site, you agree to the following terms. We know this stuff isn’t as fun as pet photos—but it’s important!

1. Product Information

We do our best to accurately describe and photograph every bandana. Because each item is handmade, small variations may occur—and that’s part of what makes them special!

2. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards and secure online payment methods. Maya’s Bandanas reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Custom Orders

Double-check all custom information before placing your order. We are not responsible for typos or incorrect sizing submitted during checkout.

4. All Sales Final

As a small handmade shop, all sales are final. Please review our Refund & Return Policy for full details.

5. Shipping

We ship across the U.S. and do our best to meet posted timelines. See our Shipping Policy for more info. Once an order is handed to the carrier, we’re not responsible for delays, loss, or damage.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—photos, logos, designs, product descriptions—is the property of Maya’s Bandanas. Please don’t use or reproduce any of it without our permission.

7. Use of Our Products

Always supervise your pet while wearing our accessories. Maya’s Bandanas is not liable for any injuries or issues that arise from improper use.

We may update these terms from time to time. By continuing to use our site, you agree to any changes.
